We’ll provide a measurement sheet for you to fill out regarding some dimensions of your boat, along with requesting some photos. This gives our design team a platform to begin designing your new boat trailer.

Approve Drawing
With the provided measurements and information we will plot the hull in CAD and create a rendered drawing of your trailer for your approval.

Build Your Custom Trailer

Some of our smaller Fish/Sports trailers have more adjustment than others, but generally speaking, we custom-build everything. We keep the adjustable parts to a minimum and design the trailer so the boat sits as low as possible (amongst other things).

Yes—and no. Easytow does offer a ‘Painted Only’ trailer for freshwater use; however, we suggest you consider the paint-over-galvanised option. Not only does it provide you with a more robust product, but it also increases your resale market, as most ski boats in NSW and QLD are used in salt or brackish water.
Most people believe that painting over galvanisation is purely cosmetic. While it enhances the appearance and remains a popular option, it can actually double a trailer’s service life.
